Room 3 - 4- Debridement foot, closure plantar laceration (MS) - 29 yo male with chronic foot ulcers

Procedures - 5- Removal ex-fix tibia (pop fossa block) (PFC) - 8 yo male with healed tibia fracture
6- Removal ex-fix tibia (pop fossa block) (PFC)
7- Excision FB hand (MG) -
8- Excision pre-auricular sinus (MG)

Friday November 9
Room 2 - 9- Humerus non-union (DY) - 34 yo female with right humerus nonunion, no fluoro available
10- D3 amputation (MG) - 31 yo male
Room then bumped by emergency craniotomy

Room 3 - 11- Removal tibial nail (PFC) - 59 male with healed tibia fracture
12- Proximal humerus (PFC, DY) - 67 female with proximal humerus fracture, fixed with stacked plates
13- Open talus (MS) - 56 male with acute open talus dislocation

15- Hydrocele (EB) - 67 yo male
16- Hernia (EB) - 34 yo male
17- Ruptured ectopic (EB) - 28 yo female with acute abdominal pain

20- Left below knee amputation (chronic infection) (MS,PFC) - 42 yo male, HIV+
21- I+D, flap infected R Girdlestone (MG, MS) - 31 yo male with 15-year history of draining sinus, chronic infection leading to Girdlestone (removal of femoral head and neck) and insertion of antibiotic cement beads

Room 3 - 22- Gunshot radius/ulna (DY) - ~20 yo male, gunshot to forearm 1 week earlier
23- Femoral plate (non-union) (PFC, MS) - 19 yo male, 3 month-old femur nonunion

Monday November 11
Room 2 - 24- Ovarian teratoma (EB) - 32 yo female
25- Syndactyly (MG) - 6 month old baby boy
26- Skin graft scalp (MG) - 1 yo boy with scalp burn
27- ORIF 3rdMC (MG)

Room 3 - 28- Distal femur non-union (PFC) - 21 yo male, L lateral tibial (only plate available) contoured to correct R distal femur deformity
29- Open L femur, closed R femur non-union (MS) - 27 male, 2 month-old femur fractures, L femur open with bone exposed, R femur closed (almost healed)

Room 2 - 30- Hernia (EB) - 58 male
31- Below knee amputation (MS,DY) - 78 male with huge fumigating ulcerated lesion from chronic infection in lower leg
32- Polydactyly (MG) - 1 you male
33- SIGN nail tibia with Hippolyte (MS) - Joint surgery with Dr Hippolyte, local surgeon

Room 3 - 34- R ankle (MS) - 68 yo male
35- SIGN nail femur (PFC) - 28 male with femur fracture
